About Wren:

Wren Heft is a Reiki Master, yoga instructor (RYT-200), and intuitive energy guide with over 5 years of experience in energy work and embodied healing. Known for her warm yet clear approach, Wren blends Reiki, intuitive insight, and somatic awareness to help clients return to balance, alignment, and deeper self-trust. She has been part of the SEVA Yoga community for over five years, bringing a grounded, heart-centered presence to her work.
