This class seeks to find balance between movement and stillness, allowing each to compliment each other.

  • Slow and Steady Flow

Move on purpose, with purpose, for your purpose. This class requires us to slow down our movements and fine tune our focus to create a steady and whole practice. When we slow down our bodies we give ourselves the opportunity to observe the sensations within the body and the mind. Often we move so quickly that we don’t notice our inner experience, but we live in our inner world and outer worlds simultaneously. As we integrate the inner and outer worlds, we create space for our intentions to come to the forefront of our experiences. The asana portion of this practice is simple and slow.
